We're looking for a sharp, execution-driven Project Manager/Technical Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of our SaaS product initiatives. You'll be the force that keeps squads aligned, sprints healthy, and launches on schedule — working closely with product, engineering, design, and GTM teams. Key responsibilities
Delivery & Planning
    • Own project scope, timelines, and milestone tracking
    • Run Agile ceremonies — standups, sprint planning, retros
    • Manage release calendars and deployment coordination
    • Maintain RAID logs and escalation paths
Stakeholder Management
    • Be the single point of truth on project health
    • Prepare weekly executive status dashboards
    • Manage client expectations in multi-team programs
    • Run alignment sessions across product & engineering
SaaS Product Operations
    • Coordinate phased rollouts, feature flags & canary releases
    • Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipeline schedules
    • Track SLA adherence and uptime commitments
    • Manage subscription tier migrations and data cutover
Quality & Process
    • Define and enforce delivery governance standards
    • Lead post-mortems and blameless retrospectives
    • Track velocity, burndown, and release predictability KPIs
    • Partner with QA on test planning and zero-defect goals
Requirements
Experience
    • 5–8 years in project / delivery management
    • At least 3 years in a SaaS product environment
    • Proven end-to-end product delivery track record
    • Experience managing distributed, global teams
Methodology
    • Hands-on Agile / Scrum / Kanban expertise
    • Familiarity with SAFe for scaled delivery
    • Comfortable with OKR-driven planning cycles
Education
    • B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or related field
    • MBA in Operations / Product Management (preferred)
Technical proficiency
    • Jira, Confluence, Linear, or equivalent PM tools
    • Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD
    • Working knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP concepts
    • Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture
Certifications (preferred)
    • PMP — Project Management Professional
    • CSM — Certified Scrum Master
